Telephonic Research Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate TELEPHONIC RESEARCH SPECIALIST to gather valuable information from our clients and to compile it into accurate and insightful reports. As a telephonic research superstar, you will be providing an important service to our client feedback insights hub.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Conduct pre-arranged business-to-business research among mid- to senior-tier management respondents.
  • Compile and type accurate, concise, insightful research reports. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, and the ability to assimilate the interview into an insightful report paramount.
  • The knack of probing for meaningful nuggets of information while keeping a friendly conversation going

An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

  • Articulate, engaging, and great telephone manner.
  • Fit in well with our company ethos and team members.
  • Solid work ethic.
  • Accurate attention to detail.
  • Only applicants who reside within 20km of our offices in Kenilworth, Cape Town will be considered.

Remuneration:

  • The position is an outputs-based remuneration model.
  • Earning potential is between R10,000 – R 20 000+ with +incentives + company benefits.
  • The more interviews you conduct and probe for quality insights the more you earn!
